The product makes it easy to add emails to case records directly from within Outlook.
The NextAgency Email Add-In for Outlook is a tool that allows you to easily link emails in Microsoft Outlook with specific cases in NextAgency. By using this add-in, you can quickly associate an email with one or more cases in just a few seconds.
Once an email is attached to a case record in NextAgency, any actions you take on that email within Outlook, such as deleting or moving it to a different folder, will not impact the email within the corresponding case record. This means that you can manage your emails in Outlook without worrying about affecting the email's status or availability within NextAgency. And you can manage your emails in NextAgency without affecting the email's status or availability in Outlook.
FYI: To use the add-in, you must have a NextAgency account which is paid. After paying for the subscription, you can add users to your account who can use the `NextAgency Email Add-In for Outlook` to associate their emails with cases.
