To utilize this app, ensure your Matrix42 ESM solution is licensed under Matrix42 ITSM Advanced or Matrix42 ITSM Enterprise subscription. Additionally, you should have the Matrix42 Approvals extension installed from the Matrix42 Extension Gallery.
With M42 Approvals, users in the 'Decision-Makers' role can:
- View all assigned Matrix42 Self Service Portal orders
- Approve and decline orders individually and in bulk
- Directly open any order in Matrix42 Self Service Portal
