Add and Update basic contact information from your Outlook Emails to your RealNex CRM.
The RealNex CRM Outlook Add-In provides our subscribers with the ability to quickly create or update contacts in their CRM account from contacts found in an email message managed by Outlook.
Features:
• Parsing the To, From, CC fields and message body for Emails and Contacts.
• Bulk Submission – Only Email and Contact Name is submitted
• Individual Contact Submission with Additional Detail – Single contact submitted but can define
o Contact Type(s)
o Title
o Modify / Edit Detected Full Name, First and Last Names
o Phone Numbers
o Website
• Contact(s) can be associate to an existing or new Company
• Contact(s) can be associate to 1 or more groups
• Contact(s) can be associated to 1 or more Projects as a Lead to each
• Contact(s) can be associated to a Team
• The email that contact(s) were derived from is created as a history in the CRM IF it doesn’t exist already. The history is linked to related Contact(s), and if defined, a Company, group(s)
App capabilities
- Can send data over the Internet
- This app can access and modify personal information in the active message, such as the body, subject, sender, recipients, and attachment information. It may send this data to a third-party service. Other items in your mailbox can’t be read or modified.
