OneDesktop CRM is a free extension integrated with the OneDesktop system. This add-in will automatically attach your sent email into the CRM module of OneDesktop, named BMS, under matched contacts by email addresses. Users can also attach inbound and outbound emails via the 'Attach To BMS' button. The automation can be turned off via the Show Settings pane manually.
