anOne applet for Microsoft365, Outlook and Microsoft Teams enables to control your desktop client or a SIP phone that is connected to your customer VoIP account. The applet also enables to access your voice mail messages and personal account settings like call forwarding and do not disturb. You need to have an account from your provider to use this service. In addition, you need to either have a softphone or a SIP phone provisioned by your provider.
