RainbowGauge enables report developers to a add 3 state / 3 color gauge to the report

RainbowGauge is a visual that represent data with a 3 states gauge. Mandatory fields are: min, max, target, first value, second value, third value, first value color, second value color and third value color. These values have to be defined in the datasource. Color have to come as standard colors: i.e. red, blue, yellow.
