1Staff 365 Payroll NOW Integration

This module is required by staffing companies using 1Staff 365 Back Office that wish to integrate to the Payroll Now solution for the US and Canadian markets.

This automated integration module has been developed in conjunction with Integrity Data to make a robust and reliable connection between 1Staff 365 Back Office and Payroll NOW delivering a seamless transition for paying temporaries for their work.

This module integrates seamlessly to the Payroll NOW module installed within BC for payroll processing.

Added benefits come from a round-trip process where Payroll Transactions are posted, the “Employer Costs” that are generated by Payroll processing are written back to 1Staff 365 Back Office and associated to the exact Timesheet Ledger Entry / Consultant Timesheet Ledger Entries. This enables precise costing analysis for a Temporary / Placement / Assignment to include not only the pay for the employee, but also any of the related Employer Payroll Costs that are inferred.
