You can now access your phone services from Xtel Communications Inc without leaving Microsoft Teams. The MyPhone Connector app allows you to:
Make internal calls to your colleagues, directly from your chats in Microsoft Teams.
Make calls to participants in Microsoft Teams channels, to any of their registered phone numbers.
Dial any phone numbers, from the MyPhone Connector app tab.
And you can also view call history and contact information in the MyPhone Connector app tab.
In order to use the MyPhone Connector app, your organization needs to have an active MyPhone Connector account with Xtel Communications Inc.
If you do not have a desk phone provisioned to your account you can download the MaX UC desktop or mobile application for Windows/Mac/iOS/Android.
To get the most out of the MyPhone Connector app, members of your organization should have contact phone numbers stored in Azure Active Directory.

When this app is used, it
- Can send data over the Internet
- This app can access personal information on the active message, such as phone numbers, postal addresses, or URLs. The app may send this data to a third-party service. Other items in your mailbox can’t be read or modified.
