Automotive systems are becoming more complex and the quality requirements keep getting stricter. Manufacturers are struggling to meet quality thresholds and KPIs due to outdated tools and processes such as SPC (Statistical Process Control) and manual diagnosis of issues. While most of the data collected during a production line contains the information necessary for improvement, current tools are not able to extract the full value of this data - measurements are only analyzed at the step in which they were taken, learnings are not documented in a discoverable manner, and engineers cannot easily check whether a specific issue has occurred in the past.
