Cancercare Follow-up and Management (CFAM) is a holistic solution co-developed together with a leading Nordic university hospital and it’s oncologists and cancercare nurses. CFAM is a holistic solution that automates the management and execution of breast cancer follow-up. Ultimate goal for Digital Workforce when developing this solution was to provide our client with a solution that ensures that right things happen at the right time to the right patients – without human involvement.
We are extremely pleased to present our solution to the wider audience, and more importantly, give wider audience access to our solution in order to support your patients. Patients will be assured of consistent quality follow-up according to a defined protocol throughout their follow-up journey. CFAM allows providers to improve breast cancer surveillance based on patient preferences, new treatment practices or risk stratification, for example, by creating new care pathways. The benefits of our solution include patient safety, consistent care, transparency of monitoring, and the elimination of manual human resources in the areas where solution applies.
The solution provides oncology and breast cancer physicians, nurses and other stakeholders with a real-time view of the progress of planned care path for a patient group as well as enabling data management and data utilization in cancer care research.
