The credit control cockpit brings all required information together in the credit control rolecenter.
The role center provides clear information about the age of invoices and the outstanding activities per credit controller (this will be updated in real time).
From the role center, it is possible to zoom by age or activity level and the relevant customer positions are displayed in the credit control cockpit.

From the cockpit it is possible to:
- Create activities.
- Create reminders.
- Determine the workload for the planning.
- Assign risk profiles depending on the age and size of the outstanding amount.
- To navigate to the customer, booked sales invoice, outstanding orders, sent requests.
