Integrating with Worktual, Microsoft Dynamics 365 allows direct communication with the customers which offers the ability to click to call, send SMS, email and chat to the customers from the Worktual.
With Worktual Contact Centre you can:
1. User can chat / call with the customers directly using Worktual application from Microsoft Dynamics 365.
2. User can handle the overall customer journey based on conversations from omnichannel such as Call, Email, SMS, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and chatbot.
3. User can use a "click to call" features from Microsoft Dynamics 365.
4. Customer Conversation from any channel may transfer between the Agent, Supervisor (or) Admin.
5. User can create activity after ending the disposition status from Worktual and it creates a contact activity from Microsoft Dynamics 365.
