Dynamics 365 Fit-Gap Analysis: 10-Day Assessment

In order to ensure effective roll-out of your core solution to Russia and CIS countries, Awara IT offers a Fit-Gap analysis.

As a result, you will learn how your core solution covers the processes aimed to be applied in your Russian entity, what are the functional gaps, and how those gaps should be covered – either by setup of standard Russian legislation, provided by Microsoft, or some additional developments that need to be performed, as well as the description of a workaround for the process if the gap is not covered at all.

Agenda

• 4 man-days of interviews and documentation study with your key experts on site

• We assume availability of the document that describes your core solution and availability of the following experts:

• Person who can describe the “to be” processes, that would be applied in Russian subsidiary; for efficiency of the workshop both local customer key expert and key expert from the customer headquarters are needed in the meeting.

• Person who can support our understanding of the functionality of Dynamics AX solution used in headquarters.
• 2 man-days for preparation of Fit-Gap analysis report; the report will be provided in English language
• 1 day to discuss and approve the results

The whole project takes 10 working days in a row.

The report would list the Fits and the Gaps, which will partly be covered by standard Russian localization, partly by Awara IT's own customizations. It might also partly require additional customization, with priorities and project time needed to cover the gap.

Deliverables

Based on the report you can form an understanding of the further project scope and budget.
