We've brought the hugely popular Maps for Office to Outlook so you can enjoy the same easy to use map creation tool for insert images into your emails.
Maps for Outlook is an easy to use, maps generator and Address look up add-in for Outlook.
With Maps for Outlook, you can generate a Google Map with your desired location via postal address or longitude and latitude values and insert your created map into your email.
Select from a number of different map type options such as a Road Map, Terrain, Hybrid or Satellite view. You can even include a "Map Marker" to highlight the address in the generated map.
Also included in this add-in is an contextual address lookup tool. This means that when the add-in believes it has recognised an address in your email, it will allow you to click on the address and view an interactive Google map, complete with directions and street view.
This add-in is powered by Google Maps and requires a Google Maps API Key. The add-in comes with a shared API key, however it is highly recommended that you create your own API for use with this add-in. Details on how to obtain a Free Google Maps API Key are included within the add-in.
