Chronus is good at ease of use. The screens are intuitive and easy to follow. The customer success team is good at responding to our questions and attending our regular status meetings. The dashboards and informatics are very nice and show the progression of the program's impact. The mentor/mentee matching structure is very good. The customizable fields and reports are good.

There are a few things that I should get more information about before answering this, but I think that it is a bit confusing with the tracks and where the tracks need to be the same/aligned with other and where they can be different. I see that Chronus acquired Imperative. I just went through setting up a profile and can see that they start out with assessing my purpose which I assume is used to match me with a mentor. I like that model as well.

We wanted to build on networking in a large governmental agencies to breakdown silos and build a culture of learning. We wanted to help women and people of color be able to progress in their city careers to build on the diversity of the organization.

It's a great way to centralize and coordinate a mentoring or similar program. Customer support has been helpful. Great surveying capabilites and customization, plus integration with Slack.

We used it for an application that was not mentoring so some features didn't apply or weren't as helpful.

There are a few tools that could be improved for our needs, and due to the time we've used Chronus, there are new elements we may not be taking full advantage of. Chronus is currently working with us to accomplish these goals.

Staff turnover at Chronus has been a bit of an issue lately but likely a result of the COVID reshuffle.

Great opportunity to streamline your processes

Chronus provides an automated, streamlined process for administrative features of our Mentoring Program. Prior to the Chronus partnership staff was manually matching mentor connections. The software allows an automated process to create mentoring connections.

Chronus is an easy-to-use and intuitive platform that requires minimal training for users. I was impressed by the reports that provide meaningful data for better decision-making.
