It's the single source of truth for all of our data privacy management. It automates our privacy process ensuring data quality, storage and easy to access.

Two things stuck out for me regarding RESPONSUM: Collaboration is often a huge struggle with GDPR compliance, and RESPONSUM enables us to do this very efficiently. Secondly, as a consultant, getting the environment up and running with the client's existing documents was surprisingly easy and quick. I also have some experience with other privacy management tools - RESPONSUM has the most responsive support that I have experienced so far.

No real dislikes until now. There are fields included that aren't always necessary, but those are easy to skip as well.

RESPONSUM centralizes all our GDPR efforts per customer we work for. The elearning, phishing and reporting modules really give us an edge towards clients as it is a very visible way of offering value. Since all modules are linked, it's also really easy to find contextual information regarding for example certain suppliers, or data subject requests.

No actual dislikes so far. The RoPA module is very extensive and therefore sometimes a bit challenging but given the quick and detailed support it is not an issue.

RESPONSUM gives you a proper structure and framework to ensure GDPR compliance. I enjoyed replacing numerous Excel sheets ensuring privacy and data protection compliance and centralizing and optimizing all efforts hereon. The awareness module is also very useful for creating more awareness in a simple and fun way.

The ROPA is very detailed which makes it difficult to master for those with little or no experience, but who have essential information.

RESPONSUM provided me with a good structure to implement privacy and data protection within the organization, and a clear overview to ensure GDPR compliance. It also allowes efficient and less time-consuming cooperation between different departments. Training employees is no longer put off because of a lack of time or the difficulty of reaching a large number of employees together. By using phishing simulations and e-learnings whose results can be easily monitored, the risks and needs for the organization become immediately visible.

It's an incredibly intuitive system which is easy for staff to use, requiring minimal training. Our staff have been easily able to add our RoPA, DPIAs, SARs and breaches with ease. As a data protection consultancy, it's important for us to have all of our compliance documentation in one secure place, and Responsum allows us to do this. The phishing modules and training are an added bonus.

I do not like dislike anything about the system.

It allows us to keep track of our compliance as a business and ensure that staff are prompted to update processing activities and DPIAs as and when required.
