Enables GoToConnect users to get voicemail notifications and initiate calls

The GoToConnect app enables GoToConnect VoIP users to get voicemail notifications and interact with their voicemails.

Additionally, it allows users to initiate a GoToConnect phone call from Microsoft Teams.

Features:

  • Get notifications of voicemails

  • Listen to and delete voicemails

  • Ability to call back the sender of the voicemail

  • Use the dialer to initiate a call through GoToConnect

Limitations:

  • The GoToConnect app requires a current paid account with GoToConnect. Please go to https://www.goto.com/connect/try to get started. For current customers, contact gotoconnectsupport@logmein.com for any required assistance.

  • On the dialer when the call has been placed the user can end the call from the GoToConnect device.
