ACP Copilot Assessment: Flight Preparation for Copilot for Microsoft 365 (3 days)

This part focuses on preparing the organization for the introduction of the new technology, Microsoft 365 Copilot. It involves conducting workshops with key players in the company, including management, data protection officers, works council, and IT. The goal is to create awareness of the new possibilities, benefits, and advantages that Microsoft 365 Copilot can bring.

Management workshop: focuses on the added value, security, data protection, and implementation challenges. The workshop lasts 2-3 hours, with a follow-up meeting after 6 months to review the results and feedback. The target audience includes management, IT leadership, and data protection officers. The goal is to create awareness of the new possibilities and advantages of Copilot for Microsoft 365.

Privacy and Works Council Workshop: This workshop aims to clarify open questions and concerns about data protection and employee protection related to the new Microsoft 365 Copilot service. It does not aim to create a data protection impact assessment or a processing directory, nor to create or supplement the works agreement.

IT Workshop: This workshop ensures the technical prerequisites for the use of Microsoft 365 Copilot. It includes a Tenant Check to verify all settings based on the “ACP-Microsoft 365 Standards”. The goal is to prevent users from unjustifiably accessing data. The workshop does not aim to provide training in admin interfaces, license consulting, or changes to the tenant by ACP.
