GP 2365: 4-Wk Implementation

Advanced Business Systems, LLC

GP 2365 is the key to easy and stress free migrations from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Introduction

GP 2365 is a combination of software tools, extensions and implementation know how designed to help you effectively transition from Dynamics GP to Business Central. GP 2365 builds on the existing Microsoft conversion tools and fills in the gaps, providing you with a complete migration solution.

Data Conversion

GP 2365 includes a historical general ledger data conversion tool that will map your segmented GP general ledger transactions to Business Central’s dimension based account structure. There is no limit on the number of years of history you can convert. GP versions all the way back to GP 10 are supported.

Extensions

GP 2365 includes bundled extensions, also available separately on AppSource, to help you retain functionality often used by GP users. These include MICR check printing, electronic check signatures and approval controls, and statistical General Ledger accounts. A full featured in house payroll module is separately available.

Training and Testing

GP 2365 includes a formal testing process to help ensure that Business Central will function properly according to your specific requirements. A thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process is included as part of the GP 2365 package. Training is a combination of tailored one on one training, usually to your group of power users, supplemented by the extensive Microsoft Business Central eLearning course catalog.

Why GP 2365?

The already existing Microsoft conversion options both come with limitations. The GP migration extension requires GP 2015R2 or later and does not convert historical data. The Intelligent Edge cloud sync requires GP 2018R2 and strips out account segments from your historical data.

GP 2365 leverages these tools and provides additional capabilities.

Why ABS?

Advanced Business Systems (ABS) has been implementing and supporting Dynamics NAV since 1999 and had the first successful Business Central go live in October of 2016.
