The Managed Microsoft Dynamics Base service is designed to offer a cost-effective yet feature-rich managed service to our SMB Business Applications customers. The service is designed to cover a range of requirements within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform environment, removing the need for the customer to have in-house technical skills to support their Business Applications.
The Base service has been designed to primarily assist customers requiring a relatively low touch managed service at a lower price point. This might be following the implementation of a large professional services project, where you have in-house skills to support and evolve the environment. It is designed to provide you with the ability to gain access to overnight, break/fix style support, with the backing of Microsoft Premier Support for critical issues. An inclusive monthly allocation of Elevate Managed Service hours is not provided as part of this service.
