CTP Dynamics 365 Marketing: 2-Wk Implementation

A 2-week implementation of Dynamics 365 Marketing to enable your organization to begin marketing automation.

Dynamics 365 Marketing allows you to create email messages and content, design personalized customer journeys, score leads for better lead management, and share information across teams.

This implementation will allow your marketing team to quickly perform the following activities in Dynamics 365 Marketing:

Track and prioritize leads Target key prospects Enhance marketing emails through templates and customer journeys. Track analytics on customer journeys. Post to social media and send SMS messages.

Deliverables Covenant will assist with the installation of Dynamics 365 Marketing in up to two environments (Production and Sandbox).

Covenant will also assist in the following Dynamics 365 Marketing configuration steps:

Marketing Settings Lead Scoring Analytics configuration Social Configuration Marketing Data Build and develop, Email, Segment, and Customer Journey templates Provide Training and assistance on all the above

Covenant will also create the following to manage the project: Microsoft Teams site and within this site Covenant will add:

Weekly Status report Planner Board, which will include: Risk Register Issues Log Project Plan (Microsoft Project)
Vacation/Holiday Calendar

Covenant will schedule working sessions to complete this project, and will also hold weekly status meetings to review the weekly status report.
