This may include email, shared or individual files, chat and collaboration, video calling, traditional phone calling, mobile device management, compliance policy controls (e.g. HIPAA, SOX, ISO, PCI, NIST), data loss prevention, threat protection, and many other features offered by the Microsoft 365 platform.

1. Terminal will work with you to establish the number of users and required services.
2. Terminal will build out the Microsoft tenant, acquire all needed licensing, and build the base-line secure cloud environment.
3. Terminal will configure synchronization from your existing email and file storage system.
4. Terminal will work with you to synchronize company data to the new Microsoft 365 cloud system.
5. Terminal will work with a pilot group of your users to test functionality and stress-test the system.
6. Terminal will work with you to establish a cutover date for end users to begin using the new system.
7. Terminal will provide ongoing maintenance and support on an as needed or contractual basis.
