Microsoft Teams Direct Routing Contact Centre Direct routing enables your contact centre agents and knowledge workers to make and receive calls within Microsoft Teams.

Anywhere365, as the world’s first official Microsoft certified Cloud Contact Centre for Microsoft Teams, is able to leverage the (voice) capabilities of Microsoft Teams. Route calls directly to Teams powered agents with all our rich features, such as Call recording, Real-time Translation, IVR, Supervisor, Reporting, Wallboards and many more.

This offering includes deployment and configuration of a single Unified Contact Centre, to be used as a trial / pilot for 4 weeks (1 month).

The Contact Centre will be fully integrated with Microsoft Teams for Call Handling and Power BI for Reporting.

Training will be provided to Agents, Supervisors and Administrators of the system.

Excludes all annual licensing costs from Anywhere365 and Microsoft.
