Jump Analytics Mining Solution: 5-Day Assessment

Jump Analytics, in partnership with many leading Mine companies throughout North America, has designed a Mine Analytics Solution that collects key Mine Operational and Financial Metrics, bringing them together into actionable Dashboards and Reports.

Jump has designed an end to end solution strategy, bringing all Mine operating system data together for a fully integrated reporting experience.

Objective of engagement:

Consultant to work with Client on defining a Mine Site Analytics Future state, taking into consideration their current systems and processes.

Key attendees:

Client Project *Sponsor and Project team members.

Engagement Deliverables:

Consultant will deliver a Mine Analytics Solution Blueprint (“MSBP”) document which captures the Clients key Mine Site Analytical needs. Consultant will also deliver a single Dashboard to highlight the “Art of possible.” i.e. Mine GM Dashboard (capturing key Mine KPI’s)

Day 1: Project Kick off & Assessment initiation

• Project initiation; (duration ½ day)
• Introductions
• Mine Site Analytics Art of Possible with Microsoft PowerBI + Power Platform
• Jump demo Mine Analytics Solution Dashboards and Framework
• Client to present current Analytics state
• Client to review desired Future state

Assessment begins;

• Capture all source systems and key metrics
• Review current reports / dashboards
• Document findings

Day 2-5: Detailed Assessment – Current state & Future state • Continue reviewing current systems and processes • Design and deploy a PowerBI Dashboard capturing key Mine metrics "Art of Possible." • Present completed Mine Analytics Solution Blueprint to Client stakeholders • Include estimate for development of key reporting perspectives

Note: Client will have full access to Jump's Mine Analytics Solution Framework during the Assessment
