Design individual use cases for use. Enable your employees to learn from real use cases how to best use and combine the tools of the Modern Workplace for their typical work task.

The full potential of Microsoft 365 lies less in the individual apps and their functions, but much more in the possibilities of optimally connecting the different tools for daily (collaborative) work. A typical scenario that makes this clear is online meetings: More than a dozen apps can be used here from preparation to implementation to follow-up (Outlook: invitation, forms: topic query, teams: video meeting, Whiteboard: brainstorming, PowerPoint: presentation, OneNote: minutes, Planner: team tasks). Help your employees understand how to get the most out of the apps.

In the use case design workshop, we work with you to design an individual concept for (live online) training and/or e-learning with a focus on one of your company-specific use cases. This ensures that the learning offer is perfectly adapted to your work processes, software landscape and corporate culture / guidelines. At the center of the use case is a user story for the learners, which is divided into individual tasks, provides all the necessary background knowledge and always shows the resulting benefit.

Use this recipe for success to increase the likelihood that your employees will understand how to use the tools for daily digital collaboration correctly and thus increase not only productivity but also employee satisfaction.

Know-how! Use cases can be ideally integrated into blind learning scenarios. Employees have the best learning experience by first getting to know the use case in a webinar with personal support from a trainer and then, if necessary, deepening it as an e-learning or performance support offer.

Increase the chances of success of your change sustainably: Use use cases to offer your employees the support they need in every phase of their individual change process. With know-how! Use cases rely on two scientific, established models: on the one hand, the Prosci ADKAR® theory model recommended by Microsoft for change management, and on the other hand, the 5 Moments of Need® method to combine formal learning with performance support in the workplace.
