Microsoft Teams Amplify: 5-Wk Workshop & Configuration

Our offering helps drive value out of the Microsoft Teams platform, and ensures you are configured securely and effectively to reflect the way you want to manage Microsoft Teams.  It helps end users leverage the technology in their day-to-day work and creates a platform for business innovation.

Key Components

1. Technical Settings Review

• Survey related Admin configuration in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive for Business, Org-wide Settings, Guest settings, Group settings, GPO and desktop settings with a focus on new features and capabilities released by Microsoft. 

2. Governance workshop:

• Review governance related questions and record answers
• Work with client to implement technical settings to support Governance decisions

3. Training and communications:

• Choose four (4) distinct hour-long training sessions from over a dozen options
• Mini communications campaign to drive interest and motivation
• Deliver live training sessions remotely
• Record the sessions and provide recording, transcripts and training deck for on-demand training in the future
• Additional delivery sessions or training topics can be added to scope for additional fee

Outcome

• Technical tenant settings & recommendation document
• Governance decisions & technical summary document including focus on new features and capabilities 
• Up to 6 hours of support to implement technical governance
