Half day workshop with a readiness checklist output Voice Readiness - Generate a thorough understanding of how the future voice technology and NTT’s capabilities will meet your end user requirements. Understand the technical delivery approach for different site types, review voice requirements for different countries and explore and solution for complex voice use cases. Full day workshop with a readiness checklist output.

2. Project Delivery Readiness Assessment - USD 5,000 Half-day workshop with an NTT UC Project Manager. Understand & co-develop the delivery schedule, potential risks, porting approach & pre-requisites to achieve a high velocity and low risk delivery. A half day workshop followed up with a high-level project plan & readiness checklist output.

3. Adoption & Change Management Delivery Readiness Assessment - USD 5,000 Half-day workshop with an NTT UC adoption expert. Understand the key user personas and use cases. Identify key training and communication strategies and co-develop the adoption delivery schedule. A half day workshop followed up with a high-level adoption plan & readiness checklist.

4. Managed Services Readiness - USD 5,000 Half-day workshop with an NTT UC Transition Manager. Understand your requirements for support covering SBCs, analog gateways, end user devices and applications, SIP trunks, 3rd party carrier trunks and video meeting rooms. Map those to NTT’s managed services offer and identify any gaps and cover additional items such as security requirements, e-bond & governance. A half day workshop with a readiness checklist output.
