Our 5-day Power Apps Proof of Concept (PoC) is designed to assist your ideation process and help you evaluate whether Power Apps suits your organisation's business process automation needs. It aims to guide and plan with you what can be reasonably accomplished during the PoC and discuss the expansion of the scope as necessary.

Agenda
A 2-hour assessment for initial data gathering and analysis of your requirements will take place before the PoC kicks off with the following agenda:

• Day 1: Discovery
  Day 1 will walk you through the Power Platform tools and a review of your business process challenges, as well as the governance and security you require from the app.
• Day 2-4: Solution Build
  Days 2 to 4 will be the actual app-building phase. It will also include testing, fixes, minor changes, and implementation.
• Day 5: Executive Presentation and Q&A
  Day 5 is dedicated to executive presentation to determine the next steps, Power Platform roadmap and future governance framework. This will also leave room for Q&A at the end of the session.
