The components covered are: • Data Loss Prevention (DLP) • Retention Labels & Policies • Sensitivity Labels • Custom Sensitive Information Types • On-Premises SMB File sharing scanning • Auto-labelling This offering establishes the foundational components for data governance within the Microsoft 365 environment to help secure, monitor, and take actions on corporate data. We conduct in-depth data governance requirement sessions with business stakeholders to determine the specific requirements, discover the types of data that is in scope for the tools, and understand how the data is interacted with both internally and externally.

Our approach allows the Microsoft 365 Purview components to be configured, tested, validated, and fine-tuned without impacting users and/or business processes.
