Twikey is serving customers that use the crm, financial and invoicing part of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The goal of our customers working with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – Twikey combination is to have a seamless “getting paid” experience.
The interface between Twikey and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central aims to provide a solution to the 3 different aspects: mandate negotiation, recurrent payment exchange and alternative (one-off) payments.
Two different flows are currently available in the Twikey setup. The objective is that the information between both systems is optimally exchanged. There is an outgoing flow where invoices need to get paid are being sent to Twikey and an incoming flow where the information captured by Twikey is being updated in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. (=master of the invoice creation).
The app supports the Essentials and Premium Edition of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
This app is available in English (United States), Dutch (Belgium) and Dutch (Netherlands).
