Predefined surveys

App administrators design surveys by specifying diverse types of questions (text only, numeric, multi-choice, etc.) in their web browsers and distribute them to appointed mobile employees.

Predefined routes

Administrators create routes and assign them to specific mobile users. Each route contains a number of sites/customers to be visited in a specific week or day of the month.


Dynamics Mobile tracks automatically the physical location of the users, thus assuring employees are actually on the planned site (Geo Fencing) when performing actions/daily routines.

Live monitoring

Dynamics Mobile Fleet – the app’s own reporting infrastructure shows various reports on whether mobile users follow predefined routes what activities they perform and more in real-time

Complete off-line mode

The enhanced offline mode of Dynamics Mobile allows employees to execute daily routines even in remote locations with no Internet connection.

Microsoft Dynamics ERP integration

Though the app can work in offline mode, all the data is synchronized with the ERP system when Internet connection is available.
