The Redline App automatically searches your historic contracts and displays the most relevant clauses that were previously accepted in a task pane. Simply click on the paragraph with the clause and Redline will display the most similar accepted changes.

The Redline App enables anyone in the organization to do a first pass review of the contracts, freeing up managers time to focus on more high value work.
