Solution Assessment

This assessment, also known as Quickscan, consists of 4 phases:

1. Preparation
2. Kickoff
3. Execute
4. Presentation & Report

During the Prepararation and Kickoff phase, we will determine the functional blocks which will be analysed. Some functional block are essential, other dependant on your business requirements:

• Data analytics & reporting
• Change management

The Execution phase consists of different workshops which will tackle the different functional blocks in scope
