The objective of this assessment is to define an optimal scope, roadmap and budget estimation in line with the business objectives to move efficiently towards Dynamics 365 Supply Chain / Finance. To reach this objective we will execute multiple steps together which are described below:
During this phase, we hold interviews with the different stakeholders to obtain insights in challenges, future objectives and project expectations. Combined with a guided tour. During the business discovery workshop we state the conclusions of the conducted interviews, discuss the Enterprise Control Model and define the areas for improvement (business and solution)
During the Process Discovery we identify the high-level requirements within different areas that are identified for improvement and we discuss current customizations that became obsolete and/or can be replaced by standard capabilities.
