• A tailor-made plan for the rollout of Copilot for Microsoft 365 in your organization, based on the needs of the relevant personas and scenarios in your company.
• A phased rollout of Copilot for Microsoft 365 to your users, starting with early adopters in different departments to quickly gain insights and feedback, and then scaling up to the rest of the organization.
• A comprehensive change and adoption program that includes awareness, training, knowledge, support, feedback, and reinforcement activities to ensure that your users are ready and willing to use Copilot for Microsoft 365 and benefit from its features.

Approach and Timeline
The approach and timeline for the delivery of Copilot for Microsoft 365 is based on the following phases:

1. Phase 1: Microsoft 365 Copilot Workshop. This phase includes a readiness assessment, an art of the possible session, and an initial plan for the rollout of Copilot for Microsoft 365. This is a prerequisite to start the rollout at your organization. Cegeka can help your organization get started with our “envisioning” approach. This is not part of the scope of this solution.
2. Phase 2: Optimization Workshops and Refined Plan. This phase includes AI awareness sessions, use case workshops, and a refined plan for the rollout of Copilot for Microsoft 365 based on the feedback and insights from the prepilot. This is an optional approach based on the outcome of phase 1. This is not part of the scope of this solution.
3. Phase 3: Implementation and rollout. This phase includes the implementation of Copilot for Microsoft 365 for the (pilot) users, the user adoption activities.
4. Phase 4: Management. This phase includes the functional and technical support service, the continuous improvement process, and the reinforcement activities for Copilot for Microsoft 365. This is not part of the scope of this solution.
