NIS2 Directive: 2-week assessment

Globeteam will provide an assessment to qualify if a customer will be covered by the NIS2 directive. The assessment will also give an overview of the customers maturity in order to meet the directive. The result of the assessment will be a maturity report and action list, with actions across the 5 areas from NIST's CSF standard. • Identify • Protect • Detect • Respond • Recover

Microsoft 365 fits in to this approach by providing services to Protect, Detect and Respond, and we will elaborate on these areas to help the customer with their security journey with implementation of the Microsoft 365 suite. The technical platform will be based on Microsoft 365 services, primarily the security products within: • Azure AD Premium • Microsoft 365 Security E5 • Microsoft 365 Compliance E5

The maturity report will give an overview of the five areas from NIST's CSF standard as follows: Identify: The ability to identify risks related to people, systems, assets and data. Protect: The ability to protect critical processes through safeguards. Detect: The ability to detect security incidents through targeted activities. Respond: The ability to effectively handle identified security incidents. Recover: The ability to restore operations in the event of an incident and to continuously mitigate vulnerabilities.

Based on the current responses and the maturity level, Globeteam uncovers recommendations to increase the organization's maturity within the CSF standard's 5 categories: Identify – Protect – Detect – Respond – Recover, involving both the Strategic, Tactical and Operational areas of the organization.
