Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit Fundraising & Marketing: 12-wk Implementation

Core Activities:

1. Assessment & Requirements Gathering Gap analysis between Fundraising & Engagement (F&E) and requirements; documentation of functional requirements and required configurations

2. Fundraising & Engagement Implementation Configure environment and out of the box functionalities; Creation of two (2) custom reports;

3. Dynamics 365 Marketing Implementation Core configuration; implementation of one (1) email template and creation of one (1) marketing segment and customer journey

4. Training & Support Testing, documentation, UAT; User and system admin training; Post go-live optimization support

Deliverables: • Implementation and configuration of F&E out of the box experience • Core configuration of Dynamics 365 Marketing • Custom User and System Administration trainings • Outlook and SharePoint Integration • Post Go-Live optimization (5 hours of support per month included)
