This package offers Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central setup that is ready to handle the purchase and sale of items, payables and receivables functionality, and basic financial reporting.


  • Sandbox and production environment with 5-10 user creations
  • Showcasing the product with demo data and overall training on masters
  • Define Dimensions: How do you analyze your business?
  • Configuration chart of accounts based on defined template
  • Configuration of posting set ups i.e. general business, general product, customer, vendor, inventory, and financials including taxes.
  • One bank account posting group per Bank account
  • Define locations based on the physical locations of inventory
  • Import customers, vendors, and items and assign posting groups
  • Setup of standard number series within application
  • GL, sales and receivables, purchase and payables, and inventory set up
  • Create P&L, balance sheet, and income statement account schedules
  • Training on sales (sales, credit / return), purchase (purchase order, credit / return), vendor payment, customer receipts, general journal, item journal, and VAT posting
  • Opening data (customer Aging, vendor aging, inventory aging, GL closing balance) at the cut of date
  • Go-live with the production environment


  • Dynamics 365 Business Central license is required
  • Implementation will be done offshore; onsite charges will vary
  • You will provide master records (customer, vendor, products etc.) in templates provided by us
  • Includes one company
  • Excludes intercompany, consolidated financials and multicurrency, system analysis / discovery, fit / gap process, system modifications, or integrations (available on request for additional fees)
  • Out of scope: Customizations, integrations or new development
  • Additional training can be considered with applicable charges
