Step 1: Analysis and Data Mapping

• Analyze the existing excel/csv data
• Review and resolve the dependencies and challenges for Excel Migration
• Map the excel data to Dynamics 365/Dynamics CRM
• Cleanse the data

Step 2: UAT & Live Excel Migration

• Perform Excel Migration in Sandbox environment
• Perform Data Validation in Sandbox environment
• Perform UAT and Performance testing for successful excel migration
• Review and resolve issues identified in UAT and take sign-off
• Perform Data Migration to the Live System and take sign-off
