Build

• A one and a half hour audit and discussion session (or two 45-minute sessions)
• Presentation of an Intune/Autopilot deployment strategy based on the results of the audit previously conducted. This strategy will include:
1. Setting up to five compliance policies, as described here: Device compliance policies in Microsoft Intune
2. Setting up ten configuration policies per up to three hundred users, as described here: Device settings and features in Microsoft Intune
3. Deployment and configuration of ten applications per three hundred users, as described here: Windows 10 11/11 application using Microsoft Intune
4. The deployment of the application store (“company portal”)
5. Deployment of Microsoft Defender (Windows 10 Pro, Plan 1, for Business or Plan 2 depending on available licenses)
6. Deployment of Windows 11
7. Deployment of an operating system update strategy
8. eSIM deployment

• Device enrollment. Customer assistance may be required at this stage
• Change management with users (design and execution of a communication plan, training materials, user support throughout the deployment phase, etc.). The content provided at this stage is at the discretion of PHOENIX ALLIANCE
• Follow-up of the deployment
• Complete documentation of the actions carried out
• Full implementation within one year of subscribing to the service pack

Run

• Unlimited: Level 2 Technical Incident Management
• Unlimited: Level 3 Technical Incident Management
• Unlimited: Management of Requests related to peripherals (request for information, deactivation, deletion, re-initialization, assignment, etc.)
• Achievement of the 90% objective on the Secure Score for Devices, compliant workstations, configuration profile deployments, application deployment
• Weekly revenue from threats related to identities and taking mitigation action
• Provision of an expert in the event of a Global Attack on the peripherals, until the situation has returned to the previous state of the Global Attack
• Global report on the actions carried out made available on the PHOENIX portal

Prerequisistes

• Provision of an inventory of devices (including their operating system and their location/assignment)
• Azure AD privileged access: Intune administrator, User administrator
• Any subscription including Intune per user (standalone, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Microsoft 365 F3/E3/E5 or dedicated security bundle
