The Envisioning workshop will help organizations to design a future state for their business and prioritize digital transformation initiatives. Envisioning workshop will help to establish the primary goal for the digital transformation project. Approach used is encouraging to think beyond simply making existing processes more efficient. Our workshop facilitators will use design thinking concepts to help business decision makers establish Vision and priority goals for the project using an approach that encourages them to think beyond simply making existing processes more efficient. We will utilize best practices from Microsoft for Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Power Apps.

As an outcome of workshop Understanding of the customer objectives, business challenges, and opportunities for improvement will be documented. And based on those initiatives for Digital Transformation prioritized to be able to plan next steps to proceed with Digital transformation.
