The StarLeaf add-in for Outlook allows Office 365 users to schedule StarLeaf meetings directly within the Outlook client as well as manage meeting settings.
It works on Outlook for Windows, Outlook for Mac and Outlook Online.
You will be prompted to sign in or create a StarLeaf account during the initial use of the add-in.
You can invite anyone to join your meetings, whether they’re internal contacts or external participants. You can even invite and reserve video-equipped meeting rooms.
Outlook integration allows you to check your colleagues’ availability and even see if rooms are free for when you’re scheduling meetings.
Invitees receive meeting invitations in their calendars and these offer everyone the ability to join on any device via simple tailored joining instructions.
Users of the StarLeaf app and StarLeaf video room systems benefit from one-button to join their scheduled meetings.
External invitees can join using any standards-based video conferencing system or simply via their web browser. Participants can even dial in over the telephone using any one of the global dial-in numbers provided in the invitation.
