Business Central Basics: 6-Wk Implementation

Get up and running with a Business Central implementation of core financials in 6 weeks.

Business Central provides a wide range of functionality to the SMB market. Get started now with a basic setup and then grow from there. Our fixed-price implementation project offers the following:

  1. Setup, configure, and load data into one company.
  2. Provide basic accounting functionality, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory.
  3. Create electronic files for bank transactions including positive pay export, ACH payment export, and bank reconciliations import for first bank only. Client must contact bank to obtain file formats.
  4. Create one bank check format. Client to provide sample of current/desired format.
  5. Provide basic warehousing functionality. Location tracking of inventory.
  6. Provide basic financial statements using account schedules. (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Retained Earnings Statement)
  7. Load master records (customers, vendors, items) and opening transaction balances.
  8. Provide training on included functionality.
  9. Provide support during go-live activities.


  1. Any custom functionality, development, and reports are not included, but can be quoted separately.
  2. Implementation will be done remotely. On-site travel (if needed) will be estimated separately.
  3. Implementation includes one company only.
  4. Customer will provide master records (Customers, Vendors, Items, Charts of Account) in templates provided.
  5. Customer will provide summary G/L transactions, open A/R, A/P, and bank transactions.
  6. Implementation is for SaaS implementation only.
  7. Dynamics Northwest to be designated as partner of record for the client implementation.
  8. User count limited to 5 users for basic implementation.
  9. No Add-on products

After initial implementation, any additional work will be billed on a Time & Materials basis. Microsoft AppSource provide numerous add-on solutions to compliment your Business Central environment. While inclusion of add-on products is NOT included in this basic implementation, Dynamics Northwest can provide quotes for additional work as needed.

Client must also provide a dedicated resource to coordinate implementation activities.
