Project WBS Management accelerator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management

For project managers within manufacturing companies, it can be difficult to get a control over elements of projects, and to manage related tasks such as purchase orders and production orders.  It is often the case that several screens need to be opened and duplicate information entered in order to trigger actions in order to move the project forward.

With this accelerator, a single Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) screen helps to organize the work (hours, expenses, items consumption) over time.

Features and benefits of using this app

• Within the WBS screen; a “View” menu and an “Actions” menu have been added into the “Cost estimates” view
• The user can launch actions directly from WBS, without leaving the navigation screen and switching screens
• The following actions can be carried out from the WBS screen: Create item requirement, create purchase order, create production order, generate packing slip, create service order, create purchase order stock project and create production order stock project.
