Faststart Power Apps: 6-wk Proof of Concept

DESIGNING YOUR SOLUTION: Marquam will walk key stakeholders through its proven design process. The design artifacts will not only act as the foundation for developing the included Power App, but also provide your organization the tools needed to develop additional Power App solutions down the road. BUILDING A CUSTOM POWER APP: Once through the design review, Marquam will build the Power App and associated Power Automate flows required to support the solution. Marquam will provide frequent demonstrations of the Power App as it is developed, allowing your team to see and understand typical design considerations and challenges of Power App development. Marquam will work with you to deploy the Power App into your environment for testing. JUMPSTART ADOPTION OF THE POWER PLATFORM: Power Apps is the recommended approach for customizing Office 365 and Dynamics 365 as well as implementing and automating business processes without the need for custom application development resources. The Power Apps FastStart program will quickly introduce your organization to the capabilities of the Power Platform, including an overview of topics such as deployment options, governance, licensing, user adoption, etc. Marquam will then work with you to select an appropriate business process to automate using the Power Platform as part of the FastStart Program. EMPOWER FUTURE DEVELOPMENT: The final aspect of the program is the technical knowledge transfer to your support team. Marquam will provide technical documentation and review the final Power App solution with you as part of handover and project wrap-up. At the end of the engagement, you will have a functioning Power App ready to use within your organization along with the supporting knowledge to pursue future solution development opportunities using the Power Platform.
