Overview

Our Copilot for Microsoft 365 Adoption Accelerator is designed to help ensure smooth and successful adoption of Copilot for Microsoft 365 by addressing prioritized scenarios/use cases and an organizational baseline is identified and includes activities to optimize readiness and implementation.

The adoption accelerator applies a programmatic approach to deploying Copilot for Microsoft 365 at your organization. Our Change Managers build and execute an adoption plan that is customized to meet your specific business objectives. The adoption plan allows us to build a Center of Excellence and Champion program with a training and communication schedule, along with a feedback loop designed to help you get immediate value in your investment in Copilot for Microsoft 365. Throughout the engagement, we will not only build the plan but also execute it as an extension of your team, working directly with your end users. About the Adoption Accelerator

• Dependent upon a scoping call to define accurate scope for the engagement.
• We build a “Copilot Air Traffic Control Center” consisting of an Executive Sponsor, key business stakeholders, and a governance committee who will oversee the rollout of Copilot for Microsoft 365 within your organization.
• We build a “Copilot Ground Crew” responsible for the technical enablement of Copilot for Microsoft 365.
• We build a “Copilot Flight Crew” consisting of business users across multiple departments who will be the first pilot users and become champions and evangelists of Copilot for Microsoft 365 within your organization.
• We identify key business scenarios and use cases for Copilot for Microsoft 365 across your business from HR, Finance, and more.
