The CAS genesisWorld Add-In for Outlook connects the CRM software with the Outlook client of your choice and thus improves the workflow in your chosen environment.
The Outlook Add-In ensures that you can access important address data from CAS genesisWorld.
A license for CAS genesisWorld from CAS Software AG is required to use the CAS genesisWorld Add-In for Outlook.

- E-mails can be archived directly from your Microsoft Outlook inbox. You can also create a data record directly from CAS genesisWorld so that you can work more productively.
- Archive the attachments of an e-mail separately from the e-mail itself, either directly as documents or, with the appropriate licensing, as expenses.
- Use the Send & Archive function to archive e-mails directly when you send them in CAS genesisWorld.
- When you create a new e-mail, you can copy the recipients directly from CAS genesisWorld, and you can also add other objects from your CRM as attachments to the e-mail.
- You can see which e-mails have already been archived. An archived e-mail can be opened directly, making workflows easier.

- The dossier provides you with further information from CAS genesisWorld about the sender. Additional functions are also available to you via the action menu.

- Create a contact in CAS genesisWorld directly from unknown e-mail addresses.
- Appointments from your Outlook calendar can be transferred directly to CAS genesisWorld from the read view of the appointment. An appointment that has already been transferred can be opened directly.
