Machine translation function with secure engines & AI prompt function with generative AI on Outlook
MTrans for Outlook is an automatic translation add-in that works with Mac desktop and Web browser versions of Outlook.
It offers translation features using a simple interface and high-quality, secure machine translation engines (DeepL, Google, Microsoft, OpenAI), as well as AI prompt features that enable the use of generative AI within Outlook.
Translation Features:
- Maintains translation consistency through the glossary function.
- Ability to translate simultaneously using multiple machine translation engines, enabling you to compare outputs from different engines during translation work.
- The generative AI engine (OpenAI) allows customization of translation instructions to produce specialized translations for specific fields and formats.
AI Prompt Features:
- Allows users to utilize generative AI using OpenAI's GPT models in Outlook.
- Allows users to give instructions or ask questions to the generative AI based on the content of the file.
* Note: The AI prompt feature is provided only for drafts in Outlook. It is not available for emails in Inbox.
