Dolphin Announcement Banner

This is an announcement banner web part that rolls up notices for a SharePoint site into a banner that can either scroll or fade between each announcement.

The banner's background can be configured to one of eight colours matching the SharePoint site's colour scheme, and each individual announcement can have its own stock colour background.

Note:

This solution is designed to be deployed at the site collection or individual site level, rather than across the entire tenant. As a result, it does not automatically deploy to all sites in the tenant. If you require the solution to be available across multiple sites or the entire tenant, deployment must be manually managed at the respective site or collection level by the administrator.
