OUR PROCESS: Our Viva Insights workshop consists of a simplified multi-phase engagement that provides an overview of what Insights is capable of, how it can help your business, trends across the globe, and then deep-dives into how Viva Insights and IComm can help maintain and grow your culture through better wellbeing. We begin by gaining an understanding of your business, and your team as we discuss your wins and any pain points currently facing the team to help us begin the process of focussing on the priorities you face.

We then work with your team to build the use-cases in an interactive workshop that showcases Viva Insights, with a focus on specific discussions to highlight the benefits Viva Insights can bring to your business, culminating in us delivering a detailed report and proposed roadmap to help you on your journey into Microsoft Viva and Employee Experience.
